Natural Leather Products Manufacturing Enterprise was established in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, by a group of passionate leather manufacturing technologists. Having served as instructors at the Ethiopian Leather Industry Development Institute, our founders leveraged deep technical expertise and hands-on industry experience to build an enterprise focused on quality, innovation, and social responsibility.
Today we serve boutique retailers, private-label houses, and distributors across forty-six countries — from small ateliers in Kyoto and Copenhagen to some of the longest-standing leather goods houses in Ethiopia and abroad.

Four stages. No shortcuts.
Selection & Tanning
Hides are selected for grain and cured over four to six weeks in slow vegetable-tannin baths — no chromium, no shortcuts.
Pattern & Cut
Each pattern is nested by hand to honour the hide's natural fibre direction. Waste is minimised, character preserved.
Saddle Stitch
Two needles, one waxed thread, a hand-made stitch that will outlive the piece itself. Machines cannot replicate it.
Finishing & Grading
Edges burnished, hardware set, hand-polished with beeswax. Each item is graded, signed, and catalogued.
